Ukrainians doomed: Rostec delivers new batch of Kornet missiles to the Russian front
The Kornet has been used extensively in military operations, having struck Leopard and Challenger battle tanks, Bradley infantry fighting vehicles, as well as other Western-made armored vehicles

The Russian state defense industry Rostec delivered a new batch of launchers and missiles for the Kornet anti-tank guided missile system, which is used extensively by the Russian armed forces, according to an announcement by the press service of the company.

New delivery of launchers and missiles

The company High Precision Systems, which constitutes a subsidiary of Rostec, delivered yet another batch of remote launchers and missiles for the Kornet anti-tank guided missile system.

As stated in the announcement of the state company, the system continues to constitute one of the key weapon assets used by the Russian army.

It has destroyed Leopard, Challenger, and Bradley

According to Rostec, the Kornet has been used extensively in military operations, having struck Leopard and Challenger battle tanks, Bradley infantry fighting vehicles, as well as other Western-made armored vehicles.

The system possesses a remote control capability, allowing the operator to be located away from the launcher, thereby increasing their safety during engagement.

At the same time, it can be deployed on a wide variety of platforms, used from protected positions, and installed on cars, buggies, and all-terrain vehicles, ATVs.

Modern tanks stand no chance

Bekkhan Ozdoyev, industrial director of the Armaments Cluster of Rostec and member of the board of the Russian Engineering Union, stated that the Kornet remains one of the most sought-after weapon systems in the armed forces, thanks to its combination of precision, reliability, and firepower.

As he reported, modern enemy battle tanks, even those possessing reactive armor, "in reality stand no chance of survival" in the event of an encounter with this specific system.

According to him, the Kornet has destroyed thousands of enemy vehicles.

Capability to strike fortifications and drones

Bekkhan Ozdoyev also argued that the flexibility of the system, which has been developed by High Precision Systems, allows its use not only against battle tanks, but also against fortified positions, command centers, and small moving targets.

As he added, the Kornet can also be used effectively for the destruction of unmanned aerial vehicles, UAVs.
