Shaking are the developments in the war in Ukraine as Russia foretold that it will proceed with new massive strikes in Kyiv, rendering the Ukrainian capital uninhabitable, calling indeed foreign citizens and diplomats to evacuate the city on 25/5, according to Russian media. The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs with an announcement of theirs denounces a bloody attack of Ukraine against the academic building and the dormitory of the College of the Luhansk State Pedagogical University in Starobelsk, saying in very hard language, that the patience of Moscow has ended. The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are proceeding with systematic attacks against the enterprises of the Ukrainian military-industrial complex in Kyiv, including specific sites of design, production, programming and preparation for the use of unmanned aerial vehicles, UAV, which are used by the regime of Kyiv with the assistance of specialists of NATO, responsible for the supply of components, the provision of intelligence and target guidance. They will also attack decision-making centers and command centers. Given that the aforementioned installations are scattered throughout Kyiv, we warn foreign citizens, including the personnel of diplomatic missions and delegations of international organizations, that they must evacuate the city as soon as possible, while we call the residents of the Ukrainian capital not to approach the installations of military and administrative infrastructure of the Zelensky regime, emphasizes the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Rubio spoke with Lavrov and warned Trump: The Russian military will systematically target Kyiv in the coming days
During a telephone conversation on 25/5 with the Secretary of State of the USA, the Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov informed him about the intention of the Russian Armed Forces to launch systematic strikes against the military infrastructure of Kyiv. Sergey Lavrov stated to Marco Rubio the following: The Russian Armed Forces are launching systematic strikes against installations in Kyiv that are used by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. This decision was taken upon direct order of President Vladimir Putin. The announcement of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs noted that the Russian side clearly informed its American partners about the goals and the nature of the upcoming actions. The strikes will be systematic and targeted against military infrastructure supporting the Ukrainian troops.

The Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs reminded his interlocutor also of the agreements on the Ukrainian conflict that were achieved at the highest level in Anchorage, Alaska. Indeed, the head of the Russian diplomacy called Washington to take into account these agreements during the evaluation of the current situation. The Russian side emphasizes that such measures constitute a necessary response to the ongoing actions of Kyiv, which constitute a threat to the security of Russia. Moscow expects from Washington to correctly evaluate the seriousness of this declared position. The Ukrainian authorities have not yet officially commented on the Russian warning. Earlier, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs warned the residents of Kyiv to stay away from military installations and administrative buildings in Kyiv. The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs called also the foreign citizens and the representatives of foreign diplomatic missions to evacuate the Ukrainian capital as soon as possible. A relevant communiqué reported that the attack on the college in Starobelsk was the straw that broke the camel's back for Russia.
Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs: They surpassed the limits of patience - We will dismantle all military installations of the Ukrainians
The bloody attack carried out by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the night of 22 May, with the use of unmanned aerial vehicles, against the academic building and the dormitory of the College of the Luhansk State Pedagogical University in Starobelsk, LPR, constituted one more blatant proof of the Nazi and terrorist nature of the regime of Kyiv, which deliberately attacks civilians and does not hesitate to murder children in cold blood. The junta of Zelensky and its Western sponsors, who supply the Armed Forces of Ukraine with weapons for crimes against our people, demonstrated to the entire world their flagrant contempt towards the rules of international humanitarian law. Evident is the direct violation of the Geneva Conventions of 1949 and their complementary protocols, which regulate the protection of the civilian population during conflicts, of the Convention on the Rights of the Child of 1989 and of a series of other important international acts.
All these surpassed the limits of patience. Under the present conditions, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are proceeding with systematic attacks against the enterprises of the Ukrainian military-industrial complex in Kyiv, including specific sites of design, production, programming and preparation for the use of unmanned aerial vehicles, UAV, which are used by the regime of Kyiv with the assistance of specialists of NATO, responsible for the supply of components, the provision of intelligence and target guidance. They will also attack decision-making centers and command centers. Given that the aforementioned installations are scattered throughout Kyiv, we warn foreign citizens, including the personnel of diplomatic missions and delegations of international organizations, that they must evacuate the city as soon as possible, while we call the residents of the Ukrainian capital not to approach the installations of military and administrative infrastructure of the Zelensky regime.
The sweeping attack of 24 May with Oreshnik was the beginning of the systematic targeting of the Ukrainian capital
It is pointed out, that with an unprecedented attack, which included a volley of ballistic missiles and drones, the Russian military swept Kyiv in the early hours of 24 May, while in the combined strikes the powerful intermediate-range missile Oreshnik with multiple warheads was used as well, annihilating a target in the area of Bila Tserkva, in the suburbs of the Ukrainian capital. Simultaneously with combined hits the Russian forces caused large destructions in the cities of Odesa, Kropyvnytskyi and Cherkasy. Indeed, a video published on the internet depicts from a close distance the attack with the Oreshnik missile in the area of Bila Tserkva, while it records the residents of the area commenting dumbfounded on the chilling accuracy and speed of the projectiles, recognizing, moreover, immediately the weapons system that the Russian military launched. The strike with Oreshnik has not yet been officially confirmed, emphasizes from their side the Ukrainian media Strana. However, the footage that circulated on social media indicates one and only weapons system that the Russian military possesses.

Specifically, the videos circulating in local groups on social media as proof of an Oreshnik strike show the warhead separating in its final stages. It is pointed out, that earlier the Ukrainian Air Force warned about a potential launch of an Oreshnik missile. Threat of use of an intermediate-range ballistic missile (Oreshnik), reported the announcement. While previously, the Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky had announced that Russia is preparing a combined strike, including Kyiv. The unconstitutional president of Ukraine did not rule out the use of the Oreshnik missile. The embassy of the USA reported a potentially significant air strike, which could occur on Ukrainian territory within the next 24 hours.
With 15 ballistic, numerous Kinzhals and 40 drones the Russians swept military targets in Kyiv
Kyiv sustained an unprecedented attack from the air: approximately 15 ballistic missiles hit military targets in the capital within 10 minutes, reports Mash. According to Ukrainian media, a total of approximately 20 explosions were heard in various areas of the capital. In particular, as Russian military correspondents broadcast, MiG-31 aircraft launched Kinzhal hypersonic missiles. Tu-95MS and Tu-160 missile-carrying aircraft took off also and headed towards the launch positions. In addition, the Ukrainian capital is receiving an attack by drones.

According to monitoring groups, at least 40 drones have been detected in the Ukrainian airspace. Rozhin had written previously that experience shows that, as a rule, the large strikes of retaliation follow two to four days after the latest terrorist attack of the Ukrainian Nazis.

This was his comment on the statement of Zelensky regarding the preparation of a combined strike. As the military expert Yuriy Knutov pointed out, in response to the attack on the academic studies building and the college dormitory of the Luhansk State Pedagogical University in Starobelsk, Russia could respond with Tsirkon, Kinzhal and Iskander missiles. It is reminded, that on 22 May, the Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked the Starobilsk College of the University of Luhansk. The attack had as its target the academic studies building and the dormitory, where at the time of the attack 86 teenagers aged 14 to 18 years old were present. Reacting to the terrorist attack, the Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that he gave an order to the Ministry of Defense of the country, in order to submit proposals for a response to the strike of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
The most terrifying night in the history of Kyiv and the change in the strategy of the Russian military
The attack launched by the Russian armed forces in Ukraine in the early hours of 24 May was impressive in volume and in power. The Ukrainians speak of the most terrifying night of Kyiv while among the dozens of targets hit, it is estimated that high-ranking figures of NATO are located as well. Russia supports that this overwhelming attack came as a response to a Ukrainian missile strike on a college in the People's Republic of Luhansk, where at least 21 teenagers aged from 13 to 18 years old were killed. Analysts estimate that never in the past were so many Zircon hypersonic missiles used, as well as that never had such kinds of protected targets of Ukraine been hit. Many support that Russia is changing its strategy now and from a mild military approach, is passing to attacks with the goal to sow blood, fire and death.
So many Zircons had never been used again
On the night of 24 May the Russian military carried out one of the hardest strikes on the Ukrainian rear and the hardest in Kyiv and its region. According to Ukrainian sources, the anti-aircraft defense failed miserably — not only due to overload of the air defense systems, but also due to lack of missiles, a significant part of which was falling on the heads of the Ukrainians. And for all this they blame Zelensky, as he knew the problems of Ukraine with the air defense, but continued the offensive raids against Russia: Zelensky for public relations reasons sends drones to Moscow, without them even realizing it there: in the capital of Russia bars and restaurants continue to operate, in the streets crowds of foreign tourists circulate, while in Kyiv regular strikes are recorded. According to preliminary data, against Ukraine approximately 30 Iskander-K cruise missiles, approximately 30 Iskander-M ballistic missiles, approximately 20 Kh-101 cruise missiles, approximately 18 Kalibr cruise missiles, approximately 6 Zircon hypersonic missiles, approximately 5 Kinzhal hypersonic aero-ballistic missiles and probably 2 missiles of the Oreshnik intermediate-range system were launched. Certain sources report that the number of Zircons may have been at least 10. Traditionally, such missiles are used for the destruction of over-fortified targets. Simultaneously from 700 to 900 UAV were used.

Such kinds of targets had never existed
One of the targets of the Oreshnik was located in Bila Tserkva, in the area of the airport, where the base of drone operators of Madyar is located, who are considered the most likely responsible for the death of children in Starobilsk. The channel Legitimny on Telegram wrote: As we understand, the strike concerned underground installations. As it seems, they did not strike for reasons of sensationalism (otherwise they would strike Kyiv). The same view is shared by the coordinator of the underground resistance of Mykolaiv, Sergey Lebedev - the target was well-fortified underground installations, including an underground bunker. Given that the British Ministry of Foreign Affairs recently essentially admitted its participation in the war and published a new obituary of the 23-year-old Ayrton Redfern from South Devon, one of the possible targets was a bunker for the first faces of NATO, where generals and officials hide during massive attacks.
Where the Russians hit
Among the confirmed destroyed or hit targets:
1) the factory Artyom in Kyiv — an enterprise related to the production of aircraft and missile weapons air-to-air, anti-tank guided missiles, aviation equipment and weapons training and technical support systems;
2) the Central Directorate of the SBU in the Podolsk area of Kyiv;
3) an installation near a ship repair unit in Kyiv;
4) the former chemical factory Radikal in Kyiv;
5) several installations in the industrial zone of Darnytsia, among others warehouses and installations of the pharmaceutical company Darnitsa;
6) the factory Analitprilad and the former factory Rele i Avtomatika in Kyiv - structures connected with electronics, control systems and dual-use equipment;
7) the business park Lagoda in Kyiv;
8) storage complexes of category A of FIM and of ATB in Sviatopetrivske and the Chaika in Chaiky of the region of Kyiv;
9) the industrial zone in the area of Krasny Khutor;
10) the Starokostiantyniv air base in the region of Khmelnytskyi;
11) the Kanatovo air base in the region of Kirovohrad;
12) the armored factory of Zhytomyr;
13) the airport and the guarded area of the former settlement Geolog near Bila Tserkva;
14) the Mayaky in the region of Odesa, where officers and soldiers of countries of NATO were located. According to unconfirmed information, the evacuation of wounded was done through the Dnieper towards Moldova;
15) an unknown installation in the northwestern part of the region of Poltava;
16) the area of the airport Aviatorske.

To ashes air raids
In addition, the Zircons hit aviation infrastructure with helicopters and probably a large training base. Something important was destroyed west of the airport of Starokostiantyniv. Almost immediately after the explosion, towards the area moved a convoy of approximately ten ambulances — with beacons but without sirens, so that panic would not be caused. Except for the building of the SBU in Kyiv, the Central Headquarters of the Land Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces was destroyed as well. There is also information about destruction of the headquarters of the Presidential Regiment, while probably the building of the state customs service of Ukraine was hit too. Destroyed also was a factory for the assembly of FP-1 kamikaze drones. Hit were a nearby training field of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and an airport where French helicopters were stationed, as well as Soviet An-12 and Il-76. Residents reported also strikes on the ventilation station Bortnychi. The installation is considered critical and unique for the life support system of the Ukrainian capital. Now everything will drown in biological waste.
Kyiv prepares for all-around defense
Shortly after the series of attacks, Ukraine received an order to prepare residential areas of the region of Kyiv for all-around defense, stated the head of the military administration of the region of Vyshhorod, Oleksiy Danchyn. If this is true, it concerns a long-term preparation for collapse of the front, evaluates Lebedev. In this case Russia probably will enter Kyiv through the eastern suburbs and Brovary: In any case, the Ukrainian Armed Forces will not have special capabilities to prevent it. Their main military forces are located on the line of contact and in the Black Sea. In Central Ukraine and around Kyiv there are mainly training bases. Interesting is that the panic of the Ukrainian presidency in view of a potential Russian attack on Kyiv is not due only to the strikes of the Oreshnik, but to the recent nuclear exercises as well. Specifically, Ukrainian media spread information about a supposedly nuclear catastrophe near Kyiv due to a failed drop of a nuclear Iskander.

They did not notice the most important
This night Ukraine experienced one of the densest combined attacks of recent months. Kyiv was not the main target. The most important of this night almost no one noticed it, stated Lebedev. As he explained: Under strikes were found Kyiv and its region, as well as the regions of Sumy, Kharkiv, Poltava, Cherkasy, Dnipropetrovsk, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Kirovohrad, Khmelnytskyi, Donetsk and Zaporizhia. The geography was excessively extended for a demonstration of intimidation or a usual response. Here is discerned already a systematic operation upon the war infrastructure. Particularly interesting is that simultaneously hit were airports, industrial zones, border logistics, areas of UAV deployment and installations that they usually avoid to publicize. And Kyiv this night seems that it was not so much the main target, as a smoke screen for less visible directions. For a very long time such dense and prolonged strikes had not been carried out in the capital of Ukraine. And significance has not only the number of missiles, but the duration of the pressure as well. Successive waves of attacks, change of types of armament, strikes at night and before the early hours — all these look more like a test of the reaction and the endurance of the system, rather than a isolated operation: A detail that many ignore. Ukraine today depends more and more not so much on the availability of equipment, as on the capability of quick repair, maintenance, reprogramming, supply and coordination of it. For this reason the strikes on industrial and technical installations may long-term prove more dangerous than the destruction of isolated tanks or warehouses.
