The facts revealed the center of the Empire of Evil, which is Brussels, a corrupt head of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, and foolish politicians such as the British Keir Starmer, the German Friedrich Merz, and the French Emmanuel Macron, who make up the group of war-mongering Russophobes, choosing the dead end, war, frightening their peoples that war is coming and dragging all of Europe into adventures.
No one learned from leaders such as the German Chancellor Helmut Kohl in 1993:
“The future of Europe, if it wants to survive as an independent center of civilization, must necessarily be with Russia. Of course, we complement each other.
We will cooperate and develop.
If this does not happen, Europe will gradually disappear.”
Russia proposes peace and cooperation – Nonsense that Russia will attack Europe
Just a week ago, Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that if Europe wanted to fight us, we were ready now.
Putin rejected the growing warnings of the Atlanticists that Russia planned to attack Europe as “nonsense”, but also stated that if we unite and complement our capabilities, we will prosper.
An unexpected turn of events, especially given that the previous day, the European Union hesitated to seize Russian assets in order to provide a loan to Ukraine.
No, President Putin is not changing his position, his stance toward the West in general and Europe in particular has been formed for a long time.
Putin constantly reminds Europeans and Americans that it is more beneficial for us to cooperate than to fight, and while Trump’s America generally shares this approach, Europeans stubbornly cling to their familiar, conflict-ridden routine.
The strongest country of NATO, the USA do not see Russia as an enemy
Putin, even half-jokingly, scolded the NATO Secretary General, Mark Rutte, for his lack of professionalism:
“What is he talking about?
And I really want to ask, listen, what are you saying about war with Russia?
‘We must prepare for war with Russia.’ They want to prepare for war with Russia.
But do you know how to read?
Read the new US National Security Strategy. The new strategy does not mention Russia as an enemy, as a target.
And yet, the NATO Secretary General is preparing for war with Russia.
What is this?
Can you even read?
How can NATO aim at war with Russia if the main country of NATO, the USA, does not consider us an opponent or enemy?” Putin said.
Europe must come to its senses
This is not a game of increasing discord between the two sides of the Atlantic, it is an appeal to Europeans to come to their senses and stop intimidating their own populations with the “Russian threat”.
And to retreat from Ukraine, which means to stop trying to keep Kyiv within the Atlantic orbit, to place Ukraine under the umbrella of “Atlantic security”, making it a member of NATO without officially admitting it.
Russia will not allow this anyway, if not diplomatically, then militarily:
“We are not demanding anything unusual.
We are not saying that no country has the right to choose its defense, but it must be a method that does not threaten anyone, including us.
We simply insist on the fulfillment of the promises given to us and the commitments undertaken by our Western partners.
There have been several waves of NATO expansion.
We have been deceived and we want to achieve a situation where a reliable security system will be built in Europe.”
A new security architecture is required
What we are talking about is a new security architecture in Europe, with Russia receiving guarantees for our security toward the West, something Putin spoke about in November 2021.
At that time, the West deliberately ignored Russia’s appeals.
And it would be very strange if now, after almost four years of fighting, Russia abandoned its demands.
Yes, the appeals have become demands because a war is being waged, on historical Russian territory and Russians who have been transformed into Ukrainians, essentially, a war between the West and Russia.
Ignoring Russia’s demands is no longer an option, and this is not a threat, but a statement of reality.
Putin speaks of a peaceful settlement
This is exactly what Putin meant when he spoke of his readiness for negotiations and for a peaceful settlement in general:
“We are ready to immediately stop these military actions, while at the same time ensuring Russia’s security conditions in the medium and long term, and we are ready to cooperate with you.”
Russia wants cooperation – Europe’s political system will collapse
“Cooperation” is a word that now seems strange when applied to relations with Europe.
But Putin looks to the future, to a time when Europe “will collapse”, cool down and come to its senses, when today’s European elites will change. And this is not a matter of the distant future, everything will happen soon.
The prophetic Helmut Kohl
Then Putin’s words will become timely, repeating the thought expressed by the German Chancellor Helmut Kohl in 1993:
“The future of Europe, if it wants to survive as an independent center of civilization, must necessarily be with Russia.
Of course, we complement each other.
We will cooperate and develop.
If this does not happen, Europe will gradually disappear.”
Thus, the main danger for Europe is disappearance not as a result of a Russian attack, but due to its own refusal to cooperate with Russia.
The choice depends on Europeans.
Russia will not concede what belongs to it to Europe, and the sooner the West understands and accepts this, the better for everyone: “There will be no special operations if you treat us with respect and respect our interests, just as we constantly try to respect yours.
It is absolutely clear that by combining and complementing our capabilities, we will prosper, not fight each other, as you do with Russia,” Putin recently emphasized.
Everyone will pay the price – Europe took a deadly risky bet
The anxious EU summit, as the decisions literally had to fight through hours of discussion, revealed a new state of affairs within the European Union.
Compared to the previous stage, the positive changes are noticeable.
Obviously, more and more European countries are coming to terms with reality: the bet on the economic and military-political defeat of Russia has collapsed, Ukraine and with it the collective West is suffering a military defeat, and the chosen strategy has led to serious socio-economic losses for Europe and threatens even worse consequences.
Precisely because of this, a situation that was unthinkable until recently became possible.
Reason begins to prevail – Seven countries against the plundering of Russian capital
The list of countries openly opposing the plundering of Russian assets has expanded significantly, to seven.
Belgium, a key player in this issue, refused to succumb to the pressures, promises and guarantees of the “hawks”, resulting in the issue of confiscation being postponed once again.
Three Eastern European countries, Hungary, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic, secured the right not to contribute financially at all to the adopted plan to support Kyiv in the form of a “reparations loan” of 90 billion for two years.
Sooner or later the time will come to begin dialogue with Russia
After the fact, French President Emmanuel Macron stated that sooner or later the time would come to begin dialogue with Russia. And against the backdrop of the summit, despite Brussels’ displeasure, Norway agreed with Russia to renew the fisheries agreement.
Coalition of Russophobic militarists
All this is indeed positive, but probably meaningless.
Power in the European Union is exercised by a coalition of Russophobic militarists who have chosen a course of war with Russia.
The Brussels bureaucracy and the German government play the leading role and are actively supported by the United Kingdom, which is no longer a member of the EU.
This alliance exerts significant influence on all members of the community.
Discipline within European ranks is so strict that only truly extraordinary circumstances can provoke a rebellion.
It seems that in this case, such a circumstance was not so much the forced theft of Russian money, but rather the general recognition by the authorities of the respective countries that Brussels, Germany, and Britain are literally pushing Europe toward destruction, both socio-economic and military-political, even nuclear.
Some countries see the absurdity
Nevertheless, even such prospects have not led to a full confrontation with this suicidal policy.
At most, we are talking about targeted sabotage of the most critical decisions.
Some European countries, although their number has increased somewhat, hoping to get out of the hole they themselves dug, resort to tactics that can broadly be described as “appeasement of the aggressor”, where the aggressor is the EU leadership.
Their joint efforts managed to torpedo the most dangerous development, the confiscation of assets, but as “compensation”, almost all agreed to assume a significant financial burden on their already strained national budgets to support Kyiv for two years.
The case of Belgium
From this point of view, the behavior of the Belgian Prime Minister is very indicative: Bart de Wever made every possible effort to oppose the theft of Russian funds, however he actively supported the loan and, in front of the press, like a nightingale, appeared with anti-Russian, pro-Kyiv rhetoric.
It was obvious that he wanted to smooth over the hurt feelings he had caused among Europeans over their thwarted plans. Other “rebels” behave similarly.
Brussels want time to prepare Europe for war
The motives of both sides are quite clear.
Brussels, Berlin, and their supporters rely on the assistance they provide to keep Kyiv functioning for a few more years, until Europe demonstrates its military power, which it is actively pursuing at the moment, and is ready to enter a war against Russia itself.
Ukraine is doomed
Their opponents, meanwhile, hope that the Ukrainian conflict will end before the implementation of these plans: perhaps Trump will push through a peace agreement, or the front of the Ukrainian Armed Forces will collapse, or a coup will occur in Kyiv, plunging Ukraine into the chaos of civil war, or something else shocking will happen.
In short, they hope for a development that by itself will thwart the plans of the EU’s militaristic elite.
Hope is a good feeling, but in politics it is very dangerous.
When entire countries choose to go with the flow, they end up not where they intended, but where the current leads them.
And in this case, the current for Europe is shaped by Ursula von der Leyen, Friedrich Merz, Keir Starmer, and other “hawks” guided by militarism and Russophobia, who seriously believe that this time they have the chance to solve the region’s problems through war on the Eastern Front.
And when the strategy they have chosen reaches its predictable end, similar to the previous ones, it will not be only them, but all Europeans who will have to answer for it.
