The mass public disclosure of 3,5 million pages by the United States Department of Justice, within the framework of the transparency law in the Jeffrey Epstein case, once again brought to light allegations that cause global revulsion.
On 30 January 2026, the Department of Justice published a new set of documents, which includes reports and allegations of sexual abuse of minors by Donald Trump.
Although many of the documents contain unverified information that was sent to the FBI, the details described shock public opinion.
The “first” Trump and Epstein’s rage
Among the documents is an FBI memorandum, form 302, which describes in detail the allegation of a woman known as Jane Doe.
The woman claimed that Trump raped her in 1994, when she was only 13 years old, in Epstein’s apartment in Manhattan.
The complaint states that Trump forced her into oral sex, during which the victim bit him, causing his violent reaction.
According to the document, Epstein was allegedly enraged that Trump was the one who “took Doe’s virginity” and then abused her himself.
The specific complainant had filed lawsuits in the past, which she later withdrew, with the last one being withdrawn shortly before the 2016 elections.
Her lawyer at the time, Lisa Bloom, had stated that her client feared for her life.
A second allegation as well, with Ghislaine Maxwell in the role of procurer
In addition, documents from 2020 that have now come to light describe scenes in which Epstein introduced 14 year old girls to Trump at Mar-a-Lago, with the latter nodding affirmatively to comments by the pedophile financier about their appearance.
According to the same internal FBI memorandum, form 302, from mid 2021, one of Jeffrey Epstein’s victims described a disturbing scene of “presentation” to Donald Trump by Ghislaine Maxwell.
The witness testified that Maxwell took her to a party in New York, when she herself was approximately 22 years old, urging her to dress in a way that would appeal to the future President of the United States.
The witness stated that during the party, Maxwell presented her to Trump, listing her achievements in a manner reminiscent of a résumé presentation.
Subsequently, Trump invited her to his club at Mar-a-Lago in Florida, where a tour took place in the presence of Trump, Maxwell, and Epstein.
According to the testimony, Maxwell made it clear to Trump that the woman was “available”, saying characteristically: “Oh, I think he likes you. Aren’t you lucky?”.
Despite Maxwell’s methodical attempt to set up the acquaintance in the same manner she used for Epstein, the witness clarified to FBI agents that “nothing happened” in the end between her and Trump.
Recruitment from Trump’s Mar-a-Lago
New information also emerges regarding Virginia Giuffre, who is said to have been recruited by Ghislaine Maxwell while working as an employee at the spa of Mar-a-Lago at the age of 15.
An email from 2011 shows Maxwell warning Epstein not to “involve Donald” in discussions about verifying Giuffre’s claims.
Trump himself recently admitted that Epstein “stole” employees from his club, arguing that this was the reason they ended their friendship in 2004.
“Why Trump wakes up sweating”
Of particular interest are FBI notes concerning the former White House strategic adviser Steve Bannon.
A witness testified to the FBI in 2020 that Bannon had a close relationship with Epstein and tried to help him restore his reputation through a documentary.
In messages that were leaked, Epstein wrote to Bannon:
“Now you understand why Trump wakes up in the middle of the night sweating when he hears that you and I are friends”.

The Epstein release included a spreadsheet of allegations involving Trump and other powerful figures.

Bannon is said to have spent more than 15 hours interviewing Epstein for the purposes of the film, a few months before the financier’s arrest and death in 2019.
Despite the revelations, no charges have been brought against Bannon in this case.
The position of the Department of Justice
The Department of Justice, under the leadership of Pam Bondi and the deputy Todd Blanche, former lawyer of Trump, issued a statement in which it characterizes many of these allegations as “unfounded and sensationalist”.
According to the official position, the documents include every piece of information sent to the FBI, even anonymous allegations that were deemed to lack credibility before the 2020 elections.
For his part, Trump has repeatedly denied any involvement in Epstein’s criminal activities, claiming that he cut off contact with him in 2004 because he considered him a “sick pervert”.

In the new, voluminous batch of documents of 30 January 2026, there is an FBI report that is causing a political earthquake. Citing a “credible” confidential human source, CHS, the report claims that Donald Trump has been “exposed and blackmailed” by Israel.
According to the document, Trump’s son in law Jared Kushner is said to have exercised disproportionate influence both within Trump’s organization and in the functioning of the presidency.
The source claims that the Kushner family had ties to the ultra Zionist Chabad network, as well as to suspicious Russian financial flows, while noting that Kushner failed to fully disclose interests linked to Russian entities.
Mossad, Alan Dershowitz and Jeffrey Epstein
The FBI report proceeds to even bolder claims, implicating Epstein’s well known lawyer Alan Dershowitz.

The confidential source claimed that Dershowitz had been “recruited” by the Mossad and used his influence in elite institutions to cultivate relationships with wealthy and politically connected students on behalf of Israeli intelligence services.
The source expressed the suspicion that Jeffrey Epstein himself was used in a similar way as a “lever of pressure”, exploiting his access to the highest levels of the global political and economic elite.
The FBI appears to be investigating specific financial “irregularities” mentioned in the report, such as:
The Cadre platform: an investment platform of Kushner, through which the source questions whether Russian funds were channeled into American projects.
The Beverly Hills mansion: a transaction in which Donald Trump purchased a property for approximately 41 million dollars and sold it for 95 million dollars to a shell company with foreign connections.
This deal was flagged by the source as full of “red flags” that require further investigation.
Reactions in Congress
The publication of the files has triggered a storm of reactions in Congress, with Democrats accusing the government of an attempt at a cover up, as only half of the collected documents were made public.
At the same time, survivors of Epstein’s abuse are expressing their anger, as the names of the victims are exposed, while powerful men who are alleged to be involved remain protected behind legal immunity and classified information.
The case remains an open wound in American political life which, according to analysts, will deepen as the content of the documents is revealed, because “we are still at the beginning.”
