NATO is ready "to respond to threats with force," says spokesperson for UK prime minister.
The spokesperson for the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Keir Starmer, Sophie Nazemi, made a hysterical statement because of the remarks by Russian President Vladimir Putin about Europe, as reported by Politico.
"The British government rejected Vladimir Putin's statement that Europe wants war with Russia, calling it Kremlin nonsense," the article states.
At the same time, Nazemi said that NATO is ready "to respond to threats with force."
On Tuesday, Putin stated that Russia does not intend to fight with Europe, but if Europe starts, Moscow is ready to react immediately.
The day before, the Hungarian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Peter Szijjarto, said after a meeting of NATO Foreign Ministers that the European countries in the Alliance want war and are undermining US peace efforts.
