Russia: Nazism in a new package, Kallas's (EU) statements that Europe made Ukraine stronger

Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova characterized the statements by the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Kaja Kallas, that "Europe made Ukraine stronger," as monstrous and logically flawed.

Zakharova focused her attention on Kallas's statements, according to which Russia allegedly does not desire peace and that "Europe made Ukraine as strong as possible."

"Monstrous statements from representatives of a new normality or a new morality," commented Zakharova during a press conference on the sidelines of the international conference "The Great Patriotic War in the Collective Memory of the Peoples of the Commonwealth: the 80th Anniversary of Victory."

She stressed that this "flawed logic" is based on the idea that "the fewer members a family has, the more food, money, and thus available resources there are, and the richer the family is."

"Is this the way they are strengthening Ukraine and making it more powerful? The fewer people there are in Ukraine, the stronger and richer it is, in Kallas's view, and the more mineral wealth and resources of this once truly strong and rich country are available per person? This is Nazism, only in a new package—cynical, cold, and absolutely immoral," Zakharova concluded.
